A guest Wi-Fi sign, ready for your code.
Use a QR image for a guest network you intend to share. Add it below, then print a sign or choose Save as PDF in your browser’s print dialog. No account needed.
Use the same name as your QR code. This label does not change what the code contains.
Choose a square PNG, 500–4000 pixels wide, up to 5 MB. Keep its blank margin intact. This template places your image; it does not verify that the image is a Wi-Fi QR code.
Need the image? Open the generator, choose Wi-Fi, and download a PNG. This template stays open.
Add the network name and a PNG, then confirm your test to enable printing.
The image stays in this tab. This template makes no network requests and does not save your inputs. Closing or reloading clears the form. Anyone who can photograph the sign can read the password encoded in the QR image. Treat saved PDFs and printed signs as shared network credentials.

Print preview: a 5 × 7 inch sign on Letter or A4 paper.
Test it where your guests will use it.
Print at 100% / actual size with browser headers and footers off. Keep the page upright and scan from the normal standing or sitting position, through the actual frame or stand. Check joining on more than one phone when possible. A readable image alone does not prove that Wi-Fi access works.
The QR image is 2.25 inches wide in this template, including its existing margin. That is a layout choice, not a scan-distance guarantee. Read the print-size guide for larger signs.
Use the before-you-print checklist. Replace the sign when the network name, password, or security settings change.
